Paying with bank transfer in adavance (2 % discount)

If you pay your order in advance by bank transfer we grant you a price advantage of 2.00 % on the ordered products. The discount is automatically determined and deducted by the system.

How does it work?
After completing the order you will automatically receive an order confirmation with all information. In this confirmation you will also find the final amount already reduced (including the price advantage) and the details of our bank account (IBAN, BIC). With this information you can then make the payment at your bank. You can do this online or on-site at your bank. Please note that the price advantage of 2 % is automatically taken into account. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be processed automatically.

Can I send a transfer slip to speed up processing?
Your order will be processed as soon as the payment has been received on our bank account. We regret that we cannot accept bank transfer receipts or screenshots. If you would like to receive your order as soon as possible, you can choose one of the other payment methods with immediate transmission.

Will the goods be reserved for me?
The processing of the order begins with the receipt of payment. The ordered products are not reserved until payment has been received.

Bank transfers from abroad
If you are transferring from a foreign account, we recommend, if possible, making a SEPA transfer, as these are processed cheaply and quickly by the banks. If you make a transfer from a non-EU country and/or a SEPA transfer is not possible, please make sure that you pay any bank charges that may be incurred during the payment process. There is usually a corresponding selection option in online banking. Please contact your bank if you have any questions. Your order can only be processed after receipt of the complete order/order amount.

I am looking for your bank data
The order confirmation is always sent automatically and a few seconds after finishing the order process to the e-mail adress entered at the beginning of the order process. If you did not receive the e-mail yet, please check the folders for SPAM or junk-mail in your mail account, maybe the mail has been missorted automatically. If you are still looking for the needed information, just write us a short mail.
