All about our second choice offers
Items offered by us in condition class B (B goods) are exhibition items, demonstration models or returned goods, some of which were put into operation for a short time. B goods (appliances and accessories) are fully functional and in very good technical condition.
B-items may have slight visual defects that are not relevant to the function, such as scratches and assembly or running marks. The item has been subjected to an inspection and rough cleaning. There may be slight residues from commissioning, e.g. water drops, dust residues and the like.
The scope of delivery corresponds to the regular standard equipment of the 1 choice (A-units). Special accessories such as cleaning agent samples are excluded from this and cannot be included in B-grade goods. This has no effect on the function.
The full warranty granted by the manufacturer for the unit applies from the date of invoice or delivery.

Why should I buy second choice-goods?
Attention, money-savers: Our B-ware is fully functional and has only slight signs of use or optical defects. We offer these articles at a reduced price.Tip: Cleaning devices are used to remove dirt and thus naturally come into contact with it quickly. Minor optical defects of B-ware are therefore often no longer noticeable after the first use.
As an official Kärcher sales partner, we present our customers with a very large selection of cleaning equipment and accessories in the exhibitions of our Kärcher stores. The products are assembled, demonstrated, touched and tried out. When products are purchased via our webshop, they are returned or exchanged. We offer items affected by this at an attractive special price.
How do I recognise a second choice product?
We always mark B-products visibly before, during and after the order, for example in the product title and/or the product description. You will find the indication in your shopping cart, the order confirmation, the delivery note in your package and on the invoice. If you order A-goods, you will of course always receive factory-new original goods.
